Purchases on this website are processed by Lemon Squeezy Inc. as Merchant of Record. Pretty Papery (operator: Fabian Lindner, Saturnweg 26
22391 Hamburg) is the supplier of the digital products.
All products sold are digital templates (Canva, Photoshop, PDF). Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the template for your own personal wedding or event. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of the template files is not permitted.
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy via the available methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The contract is concluded when Lemon Squeezy confirms the payment.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via email and via your Lemon Squeezy customer account. The link to the file remains accessible for download for at least 24 months from purchase.
Right of withdrawal for digital products: You expressly waive your right of withdrawal upon downloading the file. See our separate Refund Policy for details on when refunds are granted regardless.
We warrant that the file you receive matches the description on the product page. If the file is corrupted, won't open, or differs significantly from what was advertised, contact us within 14 days at hello@myprettypapery.com for a free replacement or refund.
Our liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
These terms are governed by German law. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence.
